Service Delivery


Leads on-site technical and operational support in the design, development, installation and maintenance of equipment and systems of the most complex nature.

Leads the most complex site surveys to develop base or installation design plans.

Leads training customers to maintain and adjust the most complex equipment.

Leads the development and submits reports covering all job activity.

Leads the maintenance of the most complex tools, test equipment, calibration items, etc.

May design the planning and estimating of labor categories, rates, material dollar costs, transportation expenses and per diem rates to complete the most complex proposals.

Leads the review of the most complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provides continual guidance throughout task duration.


Performs leading-edge areas of work for the professional field.
Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
Display original thinking in applying principles, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems.


Typically BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.


Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments.

Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise.

Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.


Typically 10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

Direction of Others

Develops team members through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects.

Key Working Relationships

Acts as advisor to top management and business partners on advanced technical matters. Represents the company as the primary external contact.
