Marketing Coordinator

Summary of Position Requirements

Lennar is looking for a qualified marketing coordinator to join our marketing team. The marketing coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and will oversee coordination of events, create marketing collateral, monitor success rates, manage output from advertising agency, and work closely with digital strategy and help support and drive measured results.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in the development of all hi-tech community sales presentations (InSite) located in each community
  • Facilitate the creation and order community signage - work with vendors on pricing, design and production time
  • Coordinate the creation of all community marketing collateral and update as needed - work with graphic designer to ensure collateral pieces are produced correctly in a timely fashion
  • Organize, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, realtor events and expos in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate with professional photographers to request photography, 3D virtual tours and videos of model and inventory homes
  • Facilitate the creation of renderings, community videos and animations
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with website edits, as needed
  • Order all marketing related supplies to support the Division’s marketing strategy

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of homebuilding industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software is encouraged
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
