Job Description:

Premier Logitech is looking for a Level 2 - Desktop Deployment Technician to join their team! Our ideal candidate is someone who has solid judgment, problem-solving, decision-making skills and a proven record of taking the initiative and responsibility in using those skills effectively; both individually and as a member of a team. We want someone who is detail-oriented with the ability to learn detailed processes and methodologies. This position is in a dynamic, fast paced, hands-on, high-stress environment.

  • Setting up new equipment and installing software
  • Providing support for Microsoft desktops/laptops
  • Maintenance/troubleshooting of all user hardware and software issues
  • Update install information according to customer requirements
  • Must be able to interact with customers, associates, contractors, and vendors with professional presentation and in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills.


  • Must have 1 years of experience working in the desktop support field in an office/business setting supporting Windows 7/8/8.1/10 clients in a WAN environment
  • 1 years of Comp Tia A or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
  • L-Certified in Diagnostics and Repair (Preferred)
  • Dell Certified in desktop/laptop diagnosis (Preferred)

Our Ideal Candidate Demonstrates:

  • Experience with configuring PC’s, Laptops and printers.
  • Ability to reimage or refresh laptops and desktops and transfer data accordingly.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in person, via telephone, and via email.
  • Identify/Communicate noticeable problem trends and troubleshoot recurring problems to find permanent solutions.
  • A problem-solving determination for desktop hardware and software related problems.
  • Ability to resolve less complex problems immediately and escalate more complex issues.
  • Accurately communicate pertinent information to create a work environment that lends itself to the best interests of departmental personnel and customer service.
  • Timely response to any inquiries and answering any questions in person, via telephone, and via email.
  • Punctuality and dependability
