Demand Strategist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain demand generation engine
  • Create and run integrated demand gen programs, including events, webinars, and online campaigns to drive net new leads
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and sales teams to recommend, plan and implement demand generation initiatives, including but not limited to webinars, email marketing, events and other tactics
  • Own and manage our digital, social and SEO strategy, including our website to drive optimization and conversion
  • Working with Marcom, develop landing pages to drive maximum traffic, conversion and sales performance metrics
  • Partner with the Marcom team to use existing content and identify new content needed to move buyers through their journey
  • May contribute to creation of content, specifically for compelling email marketing copy
  • Manage as appropriate partnerships with Demand Generation vendors
  • Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance to ensure continual optimization of digital media campaigns; establish benchmarks for measurement of future campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product Management / Product Marketing and sales to support upsell campaigns to existing client segments – establish goals and track performance
  • Continually research, evaluate and test new lead generation channels and technologies to learn and improve targeting and lead acquisition
  • Collaborate with the broad marketing team, sales and services teams to ensure data management to support marketing, sales and client communications
  • Serve as the primary marketing operations system admin and assist with Salesforce administration
  • Provide support for marketing planning and budgeting process for function; keep track of budget and expenditures for all related functions.
  • Execute email/print marketing campaigns to maximize the return on investment for events.
  • ARM industry messaging and positioning
  • New market research and market plan development
  • Strong presentation development skills including powerpoint expertise as well as concept development
  • Other duties as assigned

METRICS AND KPIs

  • Achieve lead and opportunity targets
  • Monitor KPIs including number of activities (leads generated, conversations held, conversions) to ensure a strong ROI and help BDRs stay focused and maximize performance
  • Partner with Sales to monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics, providing ongoing deep-dive analysis of performance indicators to optimize productivity and pipeline development

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and theAdobe Suite of products required

  • Deep expertise with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and social advertising landscapes
  • Experience managing Web CMS platform, Drupal preferred

· Experience with the tools andprinciples of SEO, Paid Search, and social media channels

· Marketing Automation experiencerequired

· CRM experience required; Salesforce.compreferred
