Customer Solutions/Retention Rep, 50K-70K

This is an inbound call center environment where our focus is to save the customer relationship and keep the customer with Spectrum Services. We provide paid training on our products and are looking for that go getter attitude! Have you worked at a call center, or have customer service experience?   • Hour of operation Monday-Sunday, 7am to 1am ( must be able to work evenings and weekends)
  • $15.18 per hour uncapped commission
  • Training Class will start in October and November

Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Related Work Experience2 years
Customer Service / Telephone sales experience
