As Parts Authority continues to navigate through the Covid19
Pandemic, the health and safety of our team members remains our
priority. Through a strict adherence to CDC recommendations and
guidelines we provide an atmosphere that is conducive to your
welfare and protection.
The current position hours is listed as 34 hours per week;
however, these hours will return to 40 hours per week after the CDC
eases restriction’s . All positions with 30 hours are eligible to
receive our comprehensive benefits package.
The Cashier is responsible for ensuring professional,
accurate transactions with customers. We only want dynamic,
career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this
- Ring in customer transactions
- Deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Lend out money as necessary and manage petty cash
- Accurately handle invoices and ensure that drivers mark bills
- Account for cash/credit/check transactions
- Work with countermen and store managers to keep them aware of
issues with customers
- Locate missing funds if there is a problem with the register
- Will be assigned other duties as needed
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Experience handling cash preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
