I'm looking to hire a few especially qualified individuals for Home Health Aide/ Personal Assisting/Administrative positions in my home located in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, PA.

This job is centered in a home based environment with 1 cat. The employer is a very intelligent 33 yr.old female with excellent communication, cognitive, and motor skills and who is very active. Rules for conduct, attendance, and job duties are specific and very strict, so candidates who are excellent at following directions are encouraged to apply. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

being very punctual

cooking and packing meals

dusting (2 bedroom apartment)

vacuuming (2 bedroom apartment)

sweeping (2 bedroom apartment)

laundry (for 1 person) *Please note that the washing machine is located in the basement. Candidate must be able to carry a basket full of clothes up/down 2 flights of stairs independently.

written inventory of personal care supplies and groceries

assisting with all activities of daily living

cleaning one upstairs bathroom once per week

appointment setting and management

medication reminders

The positions pay $11.00 USD/hr. with $1.00 raise consideration after 1 yr. *Any raise offered will be a direct result of an employment evaluation given by the employer

I need to fill a: Mon.-Fri. Split shift position

Prospective employees must actually own their own car and be able to use this vehicle while on duty for work related purposes, current insurance, and valid drivers license,*THIS IS MANDATORY as position requires frequent transportation rides to transport employer to work, and various businesses and stores in the community. Mileage reimbursement is paid by the employer. Prospective employees must also be mature and have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Previous successful work as a receptionist, book keeper, office manager or secretary is a very desired background. Candidates who are bilingual and speak Spanish will be given preferential consideration.
